Eco Residence - self catering

USD1000 per night for the entire lodge. It has eight en-suite rooms so in total accommodates 16 people.

four extra mattresses but any extra pax we have a $100 charge per person.

Eco Residence is purely self catering, however there is a cook that helps to prepare meals. Our kitchen is equipped with all your basic utensils. You have to bring your own food and drinks. Linen, towels and soap are provided in the rooms. The lodge is run by solar during the day and a generator is turned on at sunset and turned off at 22:00 hrs. Game drives, boat cruises etc can be booked at Mvuu lodge next door.

Directions to Eco Residence: In Chirundu, turn left at Shoprite and proceed 12km to Zesco Gota Gota sign, turn at Mvuu lodge sign. Proceed 23 km, turn right at Mvuu Lodge and Munyameshi turn off. Proceed 17km to the Conversation Area, go through the gate and proceed for 10 km (pass the entrance to Mvuu Lodge) until there is a blue grey looking tree trunk on the right. Take 2nd t/o to right after that tree, then after about 250m, the road forks, take left fork and drive down to the lodge. Please note the road had deteriorated due to the rain so only accessible with 4 x 4.
