ACTIVITIES:

All activity rates are per person and based on guests using the daily scheduled shuttle from Taita; additional transfer costs will apply if activities are outside the shuttle's time slot.

The shuttle departs Taita for the Livingstone Activity Centre at 07:30am and will collect guests again at 15:00pm from the activity Centre.

Average fitness.  The walk down and up the gorge, partly on wooden ladders, is physically demanding.

Livingstone Island:

The minimum age for children on the island is 8 years old but for swimming activities the minimum age is 12 years.  All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will need to sign to confirm their ages.

Minimum age allowed is 8 years and they are required to carry their birth certificate.

All children under the age of 19 travelling to Botswana will need a passport and unabridged birth certificate to enter the country.  If a child under the age of 19 is travelling with only one of the parents.  The parent who is not travelling will need to produce a police affidavit sworn under oath that he or she has permitted the other parent to travel with their child.  A birth certificate and passport should also be provided.  If both parents are travelling with a child under the age of 19 all they need is a birth certificate and passport of the child.
