We also have a family unit of three private suites (2 doubles & a quad "children's" room) - each room having air conditioning, its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom, and a large communal deck overlooking the Zambezi.

The Lodge

The suites share a large deck area overlooking the Zambezi. All chalets have 220V electricity (mains with full generator backup), ceiling fans, and canopy mosquito netting. Overlooking the river, the all new restaurant and bar allow spacious & relaxed dining. Our new pizza oven provides guests with another dimension – watch our chefs create your artisan pizzas in just minutes.

Guests can relax and enjoy the extensive library and spacious lounge with a view across the river – the perfect space to while away the afternoon! Each evening guests are treated to Kanyemba Lodge’s famous cuisine under the branches of a giant wild Mango Tree. With a distinctly Italian influence, our team of chefs will wow your palate at the same time as the “Kanyemba Chorus” of hyena, frogs, and of course the odd lion, will wow your mind. We also have a swimming pool beautifully situated on the banks of the river, with built-in benches that allow a retreat from the hotter hours of the day - whilst sipping a G&T and watching the elephants on the opposite bank.
