Tourism - Conservation - DNPW fees & levies: (DNPW fees are subject to change.  If an increase is levied by DNPW before the start of the safari this amount will be passed onto guests.  This fee is applicable to all nights regardless of specials.

Park Fees:

Resident $110 per person per night

Citizen $75 per person per night

International $115 per person per night

Additional Rates:

Guide/Pilot Tent:  $180 per person per night, excluding park fees & levies

Tour Leader:  $500 per person per night, excl. park fees & levies (subject to availability)

Private Guide:  $500 per day (subject to availability)

Flights (2 nights or less/ 3 nights or less - green season):  $250 per person per leg

Extra Luggage:  By road $150 each day

Transfers:

• Guests are collected from Mfuwe airport in our aircraft.  Flight time is between 20-30 mins to Luamfwa airstrip.
• Once guests reach the Luamfwa they are met by their guide, it's a 5-minute drive to Sungani Lodge and a 20-minute drive to Kulandila Camp.  The properties are 6km's apart by vehicle.
• If preferred a collection by road is possible (3 hours).  Please note the rates are the same if a road transfer is preferred.
• Guests MUST arrive during the day (morning flight/lunchtime) so that we can transfer them before dark.  If the guest is coming from another lodge in South Luangwa, we will make contact with them to arrange a suitable pick-up time at Mfuwe Airport.
• Our aircraft is a Cessna 206 and holds 4 passengers.
• If the plane is doing multiple transfers due to the maximum being 4 pax at a time, then one of our staff will meet guests with refreshments while they wait at the airport.  This could be approx. 60-90 mins.
• Chartering direct to Sungani from Lusaka is also a great option.
• If guests choose to charter both ways, we will discount $50 per person per night.
• Luggage strictly soft-shell bags 15kg/33lb.  No hardshell cases please.
